HTC Inspire 4G – $184.49

Compared to the company’s high-end mobile line, the HTC Inspire 4G is very different when it comes to its hardware and design. The developers still maintained its clear camera, HTC Sense, and S-LCD display on this budget phone.

As its name suggests, the 4.3-inch device lets you use 4G, a fast speed for web browsing. Overall, this device is an absolute joy to use because its interface compliments the Android prowess when it comes to performance.

LG Optimus L9 – $189.99

The LG Optimus L9 is a spin-off from the company’s L-series lineup that is known for having a sleek design and affordable prices.

The 4.5-inch smartphone is clocked at 1GHZ dual-core processor and running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Made from bits and parts of its other LG siblings, the slim gizmo is a great balance between features and price.
